Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
These terms govern your use of the AnyCourt app and website. By using AnyCourt, you agree to these terms.
AnyCourt is operated by Connor McGuile, a sole trader registered in England.
What AnyCourt does
AnyCourt monitors tennis and padel court availability across London and sends you alerts when slots matching your preferences become available.
We provide availability information only. We do not operate courts or process bookings. When you tap an alert, you are redirected to the venue's own booking system to complete your booking.
We do not guarantee that a slot will still be available when you attempt to book. Court availability changes in real time and slots may be booked by others before you complete your booking.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account per person. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts
- Share your account with others
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit alert information
- Use automated tools to access the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We aim to provide reliable alerts but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party venue websites which may change or become unavailable.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AnyCourt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for missed bookings, unavailable slots, or any losses arising from use of the service
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of AnyCourt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
